When I click on “Change product key” and enter the product key supplied by my host Fasthosts – yes, I know! We can’t get the product activated despite having a valid product key.
We’ve contacted Fasthosts and they assure us that the key is valid. For issues related to Outlook exchange account, I would advise you to post your query in the forum below for better suggestions:.
